Exercising at the gym is boring! Let’s face it, having the willpower, and the motivation to follow a workout regime is tough because you know it’s not going to be fun. So what does 90 percent of the population do? They beat themselves up for not sticking to the exercise program. There has to be a better way, a fun program that motivates you to want to do it!
 
Everyone needs a little exercise in their life to stay healthy. As the old adage says “If you don’t use it, you lose it.” That saying holds true for your mobility, flexibility, endurance, cardiovascular system, and your overall health! You need to move, you need activity in your life so that you can stay healthy, have longevity, well-being, and a great quality of life.
 
Salsa dance lessons are a great alternative. Every time you join a salsa class you are guaranteed to be on your feet moving for at least one hour! You are going to be dancing, turning, twirling, and completely focused on learning the steps. You will be having so much fun that the hour will just fly by, and you will have moved more in that hour than your average 20-40 minute stroll on the treadmill.
 
As an added benefit to this type of exercise, you will be learning to dance and meeting new people! Eventually, after a couple months of attending classes, you will be joining salsa social parties. You will be dancing non-stop for 2-4 hours (that’s a great workout). Plus, you will develop a brand new social circle of friends that will help you on your way to becoming a healthier you!
