I think you podcast is great! If you are taking suggestions for themes for future podcasts, I would suggest a Celia Cruz, Johnny Pachecho, or Eddie Palmieri theme. These are artists that always inspire me to get up and dance no matter where I am. I wish you continued success on your podcast series.

I just arrived to Orlando from Seattle, WA, and have been without my Salsa and I do need my Salsa, so I had to leave Seattle, and I love Puerto Rican food. There should be more Puerto Rican food chains to show off its taste. My mother and father from Puerto Rico and my mother is a very good cook, but past away. I love to dance Salsa, which is another thing I must have to retain a good balance of heart mind and soul. I am so glad to be near other Puerto Ricans that look like me. I don’t feel out of body anymore, like I was feeling in Seattle. God bless and thank you Puerto Ricans.

But I don’t understand, why I can’t add place only by address? I wrote the address, and added a salsa school, but I wasn’t near it, and now there is point in a map with wrong address.

You have to be at the location for the GPS to map correctly in the phone App. I will look for it and change the GPS location. Thanks for the Add!

Club Downtown (DWNTWN) – Palazzo

This Night Club should be removed from this website because it is miss leading people to wrong club. This is not a Salsa Club, during the night they only play a few Salsa sons. The JD plays too much Merenge, Regeton and Bachata and only plays a few salsa sons during the night. It should be called a Merenge Club. I have gone there for the last 4 Saturdays and always play the same type of Music.

So we ( my husband and me- 50 year olds plus who love to social dance and are pretty good at it, and we like to dance with other dancers ) are coming for a meeting in Phoenix this Monday to Sunday. If we only have maybe 1 or 2 nights to get away and dance, where would the best social dancing be for this week? We are staying in Scottsdale and will have a car but prefer not to go too far.

I am writing to share an upcoming event with you and your members. Los Perros Cubanos will be playing at SPACE in Evanston on July 24 7PM. SPACE is the North Shore’s finest music and dancing venue and is located at 1245 Chicago in Evanston. The tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the door for General Admission and $22 for reserved seating. The venue has a full bar and large dance floor.
